- Thu 12-Nov-2009:
- Reception of athletes & staff in Brindisi airport thence to Gallipoli and a hotel.
- Fri 13-Nov-2009:
- 09:00am weight-in and distribution into competition divisions. Presentation of souvenirs and demonstration for athletes and staff. At 06:00pm officials (judges & arbiters) briefing session.
- Sat 14-Nov-2009:
- 09:00am Championships begin!
- Sun 15-Nov-2009:
- 09:30am Branch Chief Meeting. At 03:30pm Training Seminar with Kancho Yoshikazu Matsushima, president IKO. And at 05:00pm DAN grading test.
- Mon 16-Nov-2009:
- End of offical program.

Male Lightweight <70kg; Middleweight 70-80kg; Heavyweight >80kg
Female Lightweight <60kg; Middleweight 60-65kg; Heavyweight >65kg
