CANCELLED due to CoVid-19 restrictions.
The NSW Autumn Coaching Karate Camp will be held at the Scout Camp, Freemans Road, Heathcote on the Fri-Sun 06-08 Mar 2020. Participates should arrive at the camp on the Fri (06 Mar 2020) evening. The senior grading will be held on Sunday afternoon.
The application form (together with the total cost of the camp) should be returned as soon as possible as the camps always fill up fast.

The program is geared to all participants. At the end of the camp the participants will have:
- Undergone a detailed review of the basic technique
- Covered various kata forms and applications
- Acquired numerous self-defence techniques
The classes will also include:
- Kata ura
- Kata tate
- Go shin jitsu (escape techniques)
For those participating in the grading (Yon kyu [4th kyu] and above) it will be held on the Sunday afternoon from 1:30pm at the Heathcote Public School Hall, Rosebery Street, Heathcote. |
