The NSW Summer Coaching Karate Camp will be held at Heathcote on the Sat - Sun 10-11 Mar 2007. The senior grading will be held at the end of the camp. For details, please contact Shihan Taylor.

The camp is designed to accelerate the Kyokushin Karate student's progress in karate skills in a relaxed atmosphere that allows for fun times as well as an entertainment night on Saturday evening. This is a great opportunity to obtain highly concentrated training and should not be missed.
The program is geared to all participants. At the end of the camp the participants will have:
Undergone a detailed review of the basic technique
Covered various kata forms and applications
Acquired numerous self-defence techniques
The classes will also include:
Bo kata (bring your own bo)
Kata in ura
Kata in tate
Go shin jitsu (escape techniques)
For participating in the grading (yon kyu [4th kyu] and above) it will be held on the Sunday afternoon at 2pm.
