Entry fee of $50.00 covers participation in Non Contact Tournament and entry to the Full Contact Tournament.  Under no circumstances will the entry fee be refunded.

For the purposes of this declaration, the words "Australian Kyokushin Karate Association, Inc" will signify all sub-branches, clubs and other sub groups and or members.

By entering the tournament as a contestant, the applicant agrees to and accept the following:

1. I the undersigned on consideration of, and as a condition of acceptance of my entry in the above event, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, hereby waive all and any claims, fight of cause of action, which I or they might otherwise have arisen out of any loss of life or injury, damage or loss of any description whatsoever which I may suffer or sustain in the course of or consequence upon my entry in the said event.
2. This waiver, release and discharge shall be an operates separately in favour of all persons, corporations, and bodies involved or otherwise engaged in promoting or staging the event.
3. Any photograph or video taken during this competition in which I appear is the property of the AKKA and I consent to the use by the organizer of any video or photograph as the AKKA deem appropriate and I waive any entitlement to any payment or compensation as a result of the use of any photograph or video by the AKKA in which I appear.
